“All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine,
for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness,
that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.”
2 Timothy 3:16-17 NKJV

About the Holy Bible
The Bible, the sacred word of God reveals what God is like and His roadmap for humanity in faith and behavior, so that we may know Him and His divine plan for us.

People may want you to believe the Bible is just another collection of books written by men. The Bible in fact is the divine inspiration of God’s word about guidance of righteousness for every period and generation in humanity.

The Bible is not a book of Astrology or Anthropology some would like to base it on. The recorded Bible events reflect the core of God’s love for us in accordance with His purpose. The Bible does not condone all human behavior, practice, and social customs of the times.

Behind the Bible underlines God’s great commandment of love. "‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets.” Matthew 22:37-40

Every word of God is true, but not every interpretation by man. Therefore read the Bible and meditate on God’s word; let the Holy Spirit unveil God's message directly to us according to His will.
"It is better to trust in he Lord, Than to put confidence in man." Psalm 118:8
"The entirety of Your word is truth, And every one of Your righteous judgments endures forever." Psalm 119:160

The Bible is as relevant today as when the books were first recorded. God’s living word presents timeless truth, hope, purpose, and knowledge for all generations.  Knowing the word of God equips us with faith, strength, and the assurance of God’s promises.  Most importantly the Bible shows us the way to eternal life.

“Most assuredly, I say to you, he who hears My word and believes in Him who sent Me has everlasting life, and shall not come into judgment, but has passed from death into life.” John 5:24

The Bible unveils God’s message to us through the recorded history of generations of real people chosen by God displaying the full spectrum of human nature, frailty, and emotion relating to life, trial, suffering, triumph, and purpose.

The Bible has a total collection of 66 books: 39 books in The Old Testament and 27 books in The New Testament.

About 40 writers from all walks of life inspired by God began four millenniums ago to write down the Holy Scriptures in a span of over 1,500 hundred years. They lived at different times and in different places with different languages. Yet all scriptures convey one central theme, God’s love and His plan for our salvation through Jesus Christ the Messiah, so that we can be with Him in eternity.

The original Old Testament Books were written in Hebrew and some Aramaic. The New Testament Books were written in Greek. Words communicate different meanings and connotations to different people at different times. These ancient texts have been faithfully and carefully translated into many languages throughout the ages to reveal God’s message.

The language of the Bible is human, but the message is divine, giving us a powerful and compelling reason to know it.

“More than that, blessed are those who hear the word of God and keep it!” Luke 11:28
"Every word of God is pure; He is a shield to those who put their trust in Him." Proverbs 30:5

The Old Testament prophesied the coming of the Messiah long before it was fully fulfilled in The New Testament by Jesus Christ. "For unto us a Child is born, Unto us a Son is given; And the government will be upon His shoulder. And His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace." Isaiah 9:6

The proven prophesies of Jesus’ virgin birth, life, crucifixion, death, and resurrection assure us that the last prophesy of Christ’s return will also be fulfilled and soon.

We can trust what the Bible says is true. The recorded events in the Bible are continuously proven to be real with modern technologies by people of reliable integrities. Archaeological discoveries continue to confirm and validate the Bible’s history and its fulfilled prophesies. There is no shortage of news in the media showing the once considered mystical claims of the Bible to be factual.

Those who try to prove the Bible is false sooner or later would appear to be foolish.

Jesus is coming back soon according to the Bible. “Surely I am coming quickly.” Revelation 22:20

Before Christ’s triumphant return, the scripture warns us of the increasing opposition of all that Jesus stands for. Satan will intensify his cunning twisting of God’s truth with misinformation and deceptive teachings to turn the world away from God’s path of love and righteousness.

The Bible is increasingly under attack. Beware of those attempting to mislead the true events of the Bible. They fabricate documentaries by using false discoveries as evidence with superficial conclusions to deceive the unsuspecting public for personal gains.

There are popular movies, books, and programs in mass media skillfully weaving sensationalized lies, disguising them as historical facts to misinterpret the Bible by creating fictions from the obscured and questionable sources such as the Gnostics, Apocryphal, Pseudepigraphal, etc.

Atheist often uses science to dispute the integrity of the Bible not recognizing that the Bible and science are not mutually exclusive. Both affirm that the violation of the basic premise of the law would bring destruction. The Bible defines God’s law and behavior for humanity; science defines the law and behavior of God’s creations.

Science can give us a glimpse of the workings of God’s creations.  The Bible gives us the understanding of the Creator Himself and His purpose offering us the ultimate knowledge.

To direct the masses away from God, Satan utilizes governments, courts, and schools to silence the word of God by eliminating the Bible, the cross, and prayer. Rejecting God is not without consequences. "For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.” Hebrews 4:12

Secular politicians also use government programs as means for hidden atheistic agenda and control. Do not be deceived. We need to discern whether it is the will of God or of man.
"For everyone practicing evil hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his deeds should be exposed." John 3:20

We also witness the height of apostasy in progressive movements and in their new bible translations eliminating the fundamental Christian doctrines that Jesus is Christ, the only way to salvation.

"Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour." 1 Peter 5:8

“Put on all of God’s armor so that you will be able to stand firm against all strategies of the devil.”  Ephesians 6:11 NLT

”In addition to all of these, hold up the shield of faith to stop the fiery arrows of the devil.” Ephesians 6:16 NLT

The Bible details the eternal truth. Unlike transient knowledge of the world, knowing the Bible helps us to understand our real purpose in life and strengthen our trust in God. "The grass withers, the flower fades, But the word of our God stands forever." Isaiah 40:8

The Bible, God’s word is vital to be taught and read at home, in school, and in government of all nations.

God’s word is the panacea for ailing human behavior. No amount of man’s law could right our social ill. We are living in a culture shaped by values that are vastly away from the righteousness of God. Popularity is often perceived as just and repeated lies often becomes the truth.

It is a blessing to have the faithfully translated Bible as our guiding light. The word of God must not become cliché, but heart-felt truth. Read it daily and allow God’s word to dwell richly in our hearts and minds. It’s all between you and God.
