“And in that day His feet will stand on the mount of Olives...
Thus the Lord my God will come, And all the saints with You.”

Zechariah 14:4-5 NKJV

End Time Signs

The signs of the apocalypse, the final destruction of the world as we know it are evident today. This last remaining Bible prophecy to be fulfilled is now being played out in real time. All other prophecies in the Bible have already come to pass.

Jesus will return with the brightness of His second coming to put an end to all evils in this world and to set up His ‘Millennial Kingdom’ on earth as it is in heaven for a thousand years. The scriptures repeatedly remind us to be steadfast and vigilant before the coming of our Lord. Most importantly, pray that we are counted worthy and ready when Jesus returns.

As Jesus sat on the Mount of Olives, His disciples came to Him privately, asking ‘What would be the signs of His coming and of the end of the age?’ Jesus answered them that the signs of the times would definitely be discernible, but not the exact hour.

“When it is evening you say, ‘It will be fair weather, for the sky is red’; and in the morning, ‘It will be foul weather today, for the sky is red and threatening.’ Hypocrites! You know how to discern the face of the sky, but you cannot discern the signs of the times.” Matthew 16:2-3
"But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, but My Father only." Matthew 24:36

IsraelThe first prophetic end-time sign began with the reconstitution of the Jewish State of Israel in 1948. After the Jews had been exiled and persecuted for over two thousand years, scattered Jews around the world started returning to their homeland against all odds. The historical documentations of the events are nothing short of miracles.
“Now learn this parable from the fig tree: When its branch has already become tender and puts forth leaves, you know that summer is near.”Matthew 24:32

“Fear not, for I am with you; I will bring your descendants from the east, And gather you from the west; I will say to the north, ‘Give them up!’ And to the south, ‘Do not keep them back!’ Bring My sons from afar, And My daughters from the ends of the earth—” Isaiah 43:5-6

“Who has heard such a thing? Who has seen such things? Shall the earth be made to give birth in one day? Or shall a nation be born at once? For as soon as Zion was in labor, She gave birth to her children.”Isaiah 66:8

Jerusalem is the center of the final countdown. Jesus will return on the Mount of Olives. God will seal 144,000 elects from the twelve tribes of His chosen, to witness the Gospel for the great revival of the world during the Tribulation Period.
“… The LORD will again comfort Zion, And will again choose Jerusalem.” Zechariah 1:17
“In that day it shall be said to Jerusalem: Do not fear; Zion, let not your hands be weak.” Zephaniah 3:16

Satan knows his time on earth is coming to an end and desperately tries to heighten the dominance of the world by stirring up conflicts and adversities with lying, deception, infiltration, intimidation, and force. But our Almighty God is and will always be the supreme sovereign power. We’ve read the last chapter of the Bible, Jesus won!

The sign of unrest is intensified around the world especially in the Middle East. We hear of wars and rumors of wars, see nation against nation, witness social injustice, and face increasing cataclysmic disasters. We also see signs signifying the end of the church age. Many misguided religious leaders betray our Lord by weakening the Christian doctrinal cornerstone thus paving the way for support of a one-world-religion and the coming of the antichrist.

But the end is not yet, until the restrainer (the followers of Christ, the spiritual temples of the living God) is taken away (rapture). When the church of Christ is removed from the world the lawless one will then be fully revealed (2 Thessalonians 2:6-12).

New age apostates mingle with false prophets to compromise the true doctrine of Jesus Christ allowing evil to fester for self-agenda of power, fame, and fortune. The infestation of counterfeit religion and false ideology deceives many.
"Now the Spirit expressly says that in later times some will depart from the faith, giving heed to deceiving spirits and doctrines of demons, speaking lies in hypocrisy…” 1 Timothy 4:1

We are to discern the evil deceptions of false religions and the practice of cults. The Bible cautions us that false prophets claiming to be messengers from God would come after Jesus to perjure a false God as the true deity. Behind this benevolent facade of peace is the indoctrination of submission or extermination.
“Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves. You will know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes from thornbushes or figs from thistles?” Matthew 7:15-16

We see signs of evil deeply engaged in deceitful politics subverting law and sound judgment allowing sinister hypocrisy to dominate the land. The ears of stiff-necks are closed and cannot hear the truth. The word of the Lord is offensive to them. Finding no pleasure in God’s word, they reject the truth and embrace falsehood.
“For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but according to their own desires, because they have itching ears, they will heap up for themselves teachers; and they will turn their ears away from the truth, and be turned aside to fables." 2 Timothy 4:3-4

The devil gains power through popularity and subversive promotions. Democracy works only if our foundation is built on the true precept of God’s love. We witness liberal and pluralistic ideology using equality and tolerance to blur the line of truth and common sense. They exploit public sentiment of guilt by twisting that evil is good; the unacceptable is acceptable.

"But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come; For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good, traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn away!" 2 Timothy 3:1-5

Evil is allowed to roam and flourish worldwide. Perhaps it is the filter for good and evil. We question not the mystery of God, knowing that God’s love and faithfulness is unchanging. The Book of Job strengthens our faith. At God’s appointed time, Jesus will return to put an end to all evils. Pray that more eyes and ears are opened to accept the good news of Salvation before the threshold of God’s kingdom closes.

Signs of dark clouds are engulfing the earth and blinding the world as more leaders and people turn away from God. They choose not to acknowledge God in school, institution, military, and government. Praying in the name of Jesus is outlawed in institutions along with the gradual removal of the Bible and the cross in public places. The fear of the truth of the Gospel and the name of Jesus are evident.

Be vigilant and "Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil." Ephesians 6:11
“Cease from anger, and forsake wrath; Do not fret—it only causes harm. For evildoers shall be cut off; But those who wait on the LORD, They shall inherit the earth.” Psalm 37:8-9

The idea of a one-world-religion domination is creeping up around the world. They are promoting violence in epic proportion with alarming frequency, setting up the stage for the need of a one-world-government rule. Today’s advanced technology makes it possible to consolidate power, so that the coming antichrist ruler is able to dictate and control all aspects of every tribe, tongue, and nation.
“… When you see all these things know that it is near at the doors!” Matthew 24:33

Natural and man-made disasters, pestilences, and calamities not seen before will intensify. "Trust in the Lord, and do good; Dwell in the land, and feed on His faithfulness. Delight yourself also in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart." Psalm 37:3-4

The end-time pain on earth will continue until the last trumpet sounds; the believers of Jesus Christ who are still alive will be caught up to be with the Lord in the eternal kingdom of God.

Daniel was told to seal up the end-time prophecy until the time of the end when knowledge shall increase (Daniel 12:4).

Indeed our knowledge has exponentially increased. As God’s-Plan for humanity unfolds, we will continue to explore the galaxy of God’s magnificent domain. We shall gain more insight of the ingenious building blocks of God’s creations and mimic more of God’s elegant design through technology than ever before.

As we search for more knowledge, all the evidence of our existence points to a controlled intelligent creation and not the hypothesis of evolution of a random explosion. Without God’s creation, void will still be void on the face of the deep (Genesis 1). We shall continue to discover more of God’s grandeur in the infinite outer space as well as His ingenuity in the inner space. Let us not be blindsided by secular views or delude ourselves of the notion of precluding God as the Creator of the universe.
Thus says the LORD, “Heaven is My throne, And earth is My footstool.” Isaiah 66:1

Only with the knowledge of God we can elevate our horizon to see forever.

The last hour is drawing near. Our omniscient God sees the widespread human symptoms of before Noah’s flood as well as our increasing Sodom & Gomorra behavior. The history of Haman’s plot in the Book of Esther is again replicating. Hatred for Christians and Jews by the ungodly still persists. God hears the cries and yearnings of His children who can ultimately take comfort in the promise of Christ our Lord. Jesus has prepared a place in His Father’s house for those who believe in Him.

We must abide in Christ and be born again in the Holy Spirit. Our carnal mind born of the womb prepares us for our growth in this world, but our soul born of the Holy Spirit prepares our growth for His eternal kingdom.

“That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.” John 3:6
“Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.” John 3:3

"And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come." Matthew 24:14
”Assuredly, I say to you, this generation will by no means pass away till all these things take place.” Matthew 24:34

“And behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to give to every one according to his work.” Revelation 22:12
